How Do I Return Something?

It is important to contact Customer Care first. In your message, please reference your Order number (your "Order number" appears in your e-mailed confirmation message) and the reason for your return.

Reasons for Return:

  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)
  • Shipping damage
  • Warranty repair
  • Other (please explain)
We will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and RA number. Please allow 1 business day for all replies. Note: For your return you MUST wait to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return instructions from JustBePainFree.com. All unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if accepted and may be refused entirely. "Undeliverable" or "Refused by Recipient" shipments are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same restocking fee and return shipping charges. Outgoing shipping is re-charged if we must re-ship the same package a second time.

Please ship all returns to the address below. Be sure to use a TRACKABLE shipping method, and we suggest you INSURE the merchandise for your protection while it is in transit.

Please retain your tracking information for the status of the returned package. Refunds take approximately 1 week to process once the item is received in office. Please do not call to check on the status of your return. Responses can only be issued by using our contact form. We appreciate your patience while we process your requests, please allow 1 business day for a response as we look up your request.

Return Conditions

You may return the product(s) to our office within 30 days of receipt/delivery for a refund or exchange with authorization, but certain RESTRICTIONS APPLY! This is not a satisfaction guarantee. Returns are intended for defects or incorrectly shipped products. Note: Original outgoing shipping fees will not be refunded if a product is returned.

Spagyric's 30-Day return policy is NOT unconditional and is subject to the following restrictions:

  • All products must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by the customer including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All returns MUST be accompanied by a unique Return Authorization number or will be charged a restocking fee. Merchandise returned in used or worn condition (as determined by our warehouse manager) will be returned at the buyer's cost.
  • Certain hardware items and qualifying custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid from a USA address unless instructed otherwise.
  • For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of custom-made products, opened consumable products, and most medical devices.
  • A mandatory 20% Restocking Fee applies to Medical Devices and Aupuncture Devices, even in new condition.

Notes :

  1. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We work hard to promptly process orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri). Same-day shipping IS NOT a guaranteed service for ANY orders, including Overnight packages, but can be requested if the order is placed early in the day. We will do our best to service your needs
  2. As manufacturers periodically update their products, the photos we show on our web site are not guaranteed to exactly match the product and Spagyric cannot take responsibility for minor differences or color variations.

Damaged Goods

Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Note any damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage.
  • Contact customer service to start processing a claim
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:
  • Call the delivery company (FedEx, USPS) to initiate a report for the damaged merchandise. Then contact customer service within 5 days of delivery.
  • Save the container and merchandise for inspection by the delivery company.
  • Your damaged item will be replaced following the claims investigation of the shipping carrier, but at no cost to you. This may take several weeks depending on your claim.
