Spagyric TDP Mineral Lamps are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty based on the date of purchase. You have two options for warranty service. You may choose to ship the defective component back to us at your expense and the warranty repair will be completed free of charge and the item will be returned at our expense. Or you may purchase components (motherboard, spring, head) at a special warranty price and simply replace the component when you receive it. Repair or replacement usually takes less than two weeks from when we receive the unit to be serviced before it is returned to you. We will evaluate any component returned to us for defects, and manufacturing defects will be serviced under warranty. Damage caused by improper use or handling is not covered by warranty. For warranty service please contact us and describe the problem you are experiencing before you send anything back.

We cannot repair or provide replacement parts for any brand other than Spagyric TDP Mineral Lamps (each brand is named on the metal label on the back of the timer). Your original order number (from your receipt) and serial number are required for warranty service, so please retain this information for your records.

If you have purchased an extended warranty, please take care with the additional warranty documents you receive. They are the only proof of the extended warranty for your unit and cannot be replaced. To be eligible for extended warranty coverage, your extended warranty must be purchased for Spagyric TDP Mineral Lamps no more than 14 calendar days from your original TDP lamp purchase.
